the
intricate details of all facets of business.
Customer Service Representative - Scheduling Appointments,
answering
customer inquiries, taking detailed information
Sales Specialist - researching websites to provide product
information,
explaining products and services, closing sales
General Requirements:
Types Over 60 wpm
Speaks clearly and is articulate
Can think on their feet and exercise common sense in a
variety of situations
Is computer literate and internet savvy
Has 2-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience
Strong Multi-Tasking Skills
Experience handling high call volume a plus
All positions are salaried and range from 27K to 35K
(including part time salaries)
Commissions and Bonuses are offered to qualified sales reps
