We know of many call centers and answering services that
charge you for everything under the sun. Some even have the
audacity to charge you for 'hold time' - which is the time
that their employees leave your callers
on hold. Is that an interesting fact or what? Be sure to
ask any call center if they charge for hold time, and if they
say yes - ask why? Why should you pay for an answering
service's employees putting your callers on hold? Some
services charge the exact per minute rate (ranging from .45 to
1.25 per minute) as if your callers were speaking to a live
customer service rep. If this doesn't give you a bad feeling,

mailing needs your business may have. This frees you up to do

Other C.M.R.A. 's charge anywhere between .50 and $2.00 per item
shipped to you or to customers, plus postage! With us we
only charge you the postage that it costs!

We let you decide when and
where to start using us. If you open an account with us on
June 10th but don't want to activate your service until June
25th, your next billing date is July 25th. Simplicity is the
name of the game. Other services will ask for a deposit, 3 or
more month contracts, or even require you to complete a credit
check application. They prorate your bill; charge you to
set up your account, charge you a sign up fee, sacrifice
chickens, who knows? We like that old doctrine of K.I.S.S. (Keep it Simple - Stupid!) With
Successful Office, you get what
you pay for, and then some!

must sign a binding non-disclosure agreement upon hiring and
in one year intervals with Successful Office, as well as all of
it's subsidiaries. All of your information is
kept confidential and we go to great lengths to guarantee your
privacy. Every keystroke is logged, whether in our phone
system, on instant messenger or in
Live Web Chat. Constant supervision
enforces our privacy policies and we've found over time that
clients universally understand that their information (I.D.,
