There are currently many blogs that call themselves call
center blogs. Some are very good in fact, while others
are packed with some of the best information out there.
There is one in particular that would be fantastic if
not for the thirteen thousand pop-ups and redirects and
delay pages forcing you to look at advertisements. In
this internet age of near instant gratification, I have
to admit I'm caught with the same bug. I detest pop-ups
immensely and think 10 seconds is a long time in
internet time. I mean, count to 10 with other people
there. It is a long time. I know there are people
reading this right now saying I need to get out of New
York City. Maybe they're right.
As you jump around
the internet you'll see blog after blog dealing with
answering services and call centers. In this blog I will
just be real. About whatever and will remain CSR X.
