Another day goes by. It was one
of those days where the little pain in the rear things seem to
happen. From problems with the Post Office all over the
country in every state, to system maintenance checks, it was
just one of those days. What's that song 'Mama said there'd be
days like this'?

All over the internet
these days you see ads for virtual offices and answering
services and call centers. There are now millions of clients
of various firms all over the United States and the world. In
terms of business
call centers and answering services, our firm
is right up there in quality. In fact I believe we are
at the top as most of our clients actually come to us from
these other firms after they've been burned. It is then up to
our teams to prove to our new client that not all firms are
the same.
The typical virtual
office out there is not a real virtual office after all. Most
are only selling their address, and also have a patching
function where they employ answering service

service reps. Usually these reps are paid very low salaries.
Even here in New York, a high priced market, I've seen
services with employees paid in cash at $6 an hour. This
industry is riddled with scam artists and sub-par firms
selling themselves as services that they are not.
Case in point is the typical
virtual office. There are large firms with properties in their
networks all over the United States and world, like (that

We actually refer people to them if they are in need of class
A office space for virtual office needs. The problem
arises where if you notice how they charge about what we do, but what are you getting in the
way of staff? You can people who will answer your new phone
lines ( 800 numbers usually) in your company name, and then
patch the call to you. That's about it and other than taking a
message for you and e-mailing it to you, this IS their
service.

services our reps go far beyond what these other firms will
do. Literally the only thing our competition has over us is
they are usually 24 hour services. So if you are a Doctor in
need of a live person at 4 am, then we will actually tell you
to NOT open an account with us. The way we sell ourselves is
if you were to get a call at 4 in the morning, you can be sure
that the caller knows it is an answering service that is
fielding the calls.
