If They Will Force You To Sign a contract?
Most answering services and call centers force you to sign at least a 3 month contract. What are they afraid of? Why must they lock you in for so many months? We think you'll be with us a long time and have the confidence to go month to month with you. Never will you see any contract longer than 30 days from The Successful Office Group.  Question Everything!

If They Will Force You to Put a Down Payment?
About 50% of call centers and and answering services force you to put at least $500 down to open an account, some ask for $800, others over 1K.  If you are a small businessman or businesswoman and not some large corporation,  why do this?  Question Everything!

If You will be charged a phony New Account Fee or Account Set Up Fee?
Please don't pay to open your account. That's like buying a hammer then accepting a charge from HomeDepot  to leave the store with the hammer. Come on folks,  We're talking about YOUR MONEY here.  Question Everything!

Will their employees train on your account?
Do not assume that they will even know how to pronounce your company name. This is not a joke. Most of our clients come from other answering services and call centers. This is a common complaint in the answering service industry.
