The Greatest People
in the Telecommunications, call center and answering service
sectors.

Arthur C. Clarke
A favorite among science
fiction fans, Arthur C. Clarke is the man who proposed the use
of geo-stationary satellites for world wide radio coverage.
These satellites have become a significant piece of the
telecom pie, with literally thousands of companies all over
the world and hundreds of millions of consumers using them.
Arthur Clark was born in
England in Minehead on December 16th of 1917.
For answering services and
call centers all over the United States, Arthur Clarke's
influence cannot be denied. Without satellites, we would have
no Direct TV, no cell phones or mobiles, PDA's Bluetooth etc.
Without his influence, we here at the Successful Office Group
would not be able to send text messages to our clients, which
is the most efficient means to get messages to them.
All answering services in the
United States utilize text messaging and it is a fundamental
part in unified communications platforms for all call centers
in the World.
Sir Arthur has lived in
Colombo, Sri Lanka since 1956 (when it was called Ceylon)
and has been doing underwater exploration along that coast and
the Great Barrier Reef. He is now completely wheel chaired due
to a post polio syndrome. He has the ability to stand for a
few seconds, but beyond that it's not going physical
activity is severely limited.
