AWT
(Average Waiting Time)
The average waiting time is the time it takes before a
call is answered. Some answering services and call
centers have horrendous AWT, while others are able to
meet minimums or surpass expectations. Our own company,
the Successful Office Group judges it's csr's by their
hold time and AWT. All is computed and when it comes
time for review and compliance, employees must be able
to meet the firm minimums.
