Our system automatically
allocated calls to available reps. Only those calls
assigned to that particular rep and team will go to any
one team member. Our answering service reps train hard
on their accounts and without this in place, they might
get calls from other teams. This would defeat the
purpose of our superior platform for customer service
and call center operations.
