Agent Availability
The status of an agent is
decided by our team structure and system. Our call
center software allocated calls to individual team
members of each team of CSR's. Every answering service
rep only gets the calls that they are trained on and
only when they are available. If they are currently
busied out or doing other tasks, calls for that team
will go to other reps.
All representatives on each
team here at the Successful Office Group are
specially trained to handle any calls that may come
to them on their team. In fact a rep spends a
minimum of 2 weeks of training before they are even
allowed to answer one call.
This specialized training
assures our clients all over the world that their
new employees, our answering service reps, are there
answering their phone lines in the way and manner
that they want.

We used to advertise that we
were an answering service deluxe thanks to all of
the many features of our virtual office and call
center packages.
