Announcement (AD)
Every day when our answering service
and call center reps boot up their systems, there is a
team announcement as well as a company wide announcement
that appears on their screens. This gives the company
the ability to communicate needed info with a rep who
may have a schedule that doesn't permit them to be
notified of important call center and answering service
information related to the clients on that particular
team.
Why this is important in terms of
customer service is needed updates may be included in
this announcement as well as info from a previous rep
whose shift may have ended the night before but reps
today may need. This occurs often with call backs and
sales wrap ups for many of our clients.
