From time to time more than one team of answering service reps is required to handle an account. This is decided by call volume and availability as well as client expectations. There are many larger accounts here at The Successful Office Group that need at least a few teams. Typically these are larger companies or those that need call overflow handling for specific advertisements.

Everyone Claims to be the 'BEST' or have 'the BEST Staff'. 

We encourage all prospective clients to call our competition and see what they offer. If they tantalize you to such a degree that you end up doing all of the things that our own reps would advise against, then just remember that we are here.

We will pick up the pieces after your contract is over as most answering services and call centers force potential clients to sign at least a 3 month contract.

We do not and are confident that you will stay with us. This is why all of our answering service packages are month to month. If a client is unhappy, why tie them in and force them to stay? That's our philosophy. Treat the well, do more than is required and be honest. This is why we have the reputation that we do.
