AMR
Adaptive Multi-Rate codec. Developed in 1999 for used in GSM networks, the AMR
has been adopted by 3GPP for 3G.

This term is used more for cellular phones than in the answering service industry. We do patching to all types of cell phones as a norm in any call center all over the world. This means that two callers are connected to each other.

Patching is a normal function in any answering service or contact center. After all, when a call comes in if the client left instructions to be able to take all calls unless they are busy,

Our state of the art phone system allows for instant notification of messages. You will be emailed, paged, or faxed after each call, or at intervals of your choice.  This feature will allow you to run your business in real time, regardless of where you are. We actually have clients that never set foot in an office. Some travel the world while their callers and customers & clients believe that they are in one of their offices running a huge company.

As part of all of our answering service packages, we supply free real 800 numbers for every client. A toll free number can help propel your company from being seen as merely a local one, to a national or even international level.

Our answering service representatives are specially trained to assist your company in looking or appearing as if it is a large corporation.  No one will ever know that it is not your company they are calling.
