ACP
(Advanced Call Priority)
In our call centers we have various software
programs that are designed to allocate calls to specific
teams. ACP is designed to send calls within a team to a
specific individual rather than the team as a whole.
Reasons this may be needed are
clients that advertise that their 'secretary' will
always be there to answer their calls, need this. This
programming guarantees that any calls coming in on a
specified line then do as programmed, by going to that
secretary.
This helps our clients in creating
their dream set up, complete with real office addresses
around the country.
Are
You Listening?
Are you
listening, really listening? Knowing that the human
brain can process information four times as fast as
the mouth can speak; listening becomes a skill that
requires attention and practice, and a skill that is
essential to all Call Center employees.
