WagerPhone Enters Partnership with Selcom Group as Lead Technology and Integration Partner

    TORONTO, Jan. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - New Wave Mobile, Inc. -NWWM-
through its 100% owned WagerPhone ("WP"), an aggregator of leading
technologies focused on providing National and State lotteries with the
ability to extend existing channels of sales and distribution, has entered
into a partnership with Selcom Group, whereby Selcom will act as its lead
Technology and Integration Partner.
    Selcom Group, a multi million dollar Corporation, operates
telecommunications modules for Carriers across Europe and Africa. In
September 2005, Selcom successfully launched the first fully independent
mobile Lottery. This mobile Lottery and Selcom's subsequent initiatives
have seen tremendous success stemming from the quality and scalability of
Selcom's lottery platform and their proprietary integration and
distribution technologies.
    This mutually exclusive partnership has ideally positioned WP to forge
ahead and continue to further penetrate the multi-billion dollar mobile
entertainment and gaming industries.
