Answering Service's For Doctors
Our own company has many medical
establishments as clients. We also have many Doctors who
prefer to have a full team of employees, the same employees to
answer their phone lines in their company name.
The Medical field is one field where
we don't advertise to get clients. Due to our hours, which end
Midnight eastern standard time, or 9pm on the West Coast
(California time), clients that really do need a 24 hr service
are not suited for our company. As call centers go when a
sales call comes in looking for 24 hr service, we give them a
choice of using our voicemail service for after hours (we can
forward their line automatically when their staff here at the
Successful Office Group is off).
This satisfies most callers and
clients, but sometimes there is a Doctor that needs 24 hr
service due to being on call constantly. An answering service
or call center that is not set up for emergency calls after
midnight would not suffice. Therefore we actually refer
callers to other services if they need someone there for them
at 3 in the morning.
Most clients of an answering service
who are clients of ours understand that if they get a call at
4 in the morning, the caller knows that a service is answering
their calls. That is why we are more a business call
center or answering service as opposed to the run of the mill
service out there.
Bottom line is if you need service at
3 or 4 in the morning, there are other answering services out
there that will better suite your needs. If you are looking
for an answering service that is actually far beyond a typical
