New Division will provide Telecom Audit, Optimization, Call Accounting,
Consulting and Expense Management Services to the Healthcare Industry

ISI Telemanagement Solutions,

the launch of a new division focused on providing comprehensive telecom
expense management solutions to the Healthcare industry. The new division
will be headed by Mark McNeill, Director of Healthcare Telecom Services.

    Healthcare Offer includes Telecom Profit Optimization and Billing Audit

services, Invoice Management, Network Services and Business Process
Outsourcing. Telecom Profit Optimization is normally the initial step in a
comprehensive telecom expense management solution for the customer. It
consists of a complete audit and analysis of the client's telecom bills
along with a Telecom Asset Inventory. According to Mr. McNeill, "Due to the
fact that many of our healthcare customers manage remote medical offices
and clinics, an inventory of exactly what services and equipment they have
is very valuable. Once that inventory is established, ISI's Healthcare
Telecom Consultants are usually able to identify savings in the range of
10% to 35% of current telecom spend. Those savings help improve the
profitability of our healthcare customers. The savings can also fund
investment in new technology, people and equipment to assist with patient
care."
