Success for 1st Credit with Eventra

Steve Bentley, IT Controller and Rob Lemon, Operations
Controller at 1st Credit were tasked with investigating the
most suitable recording application for 1st Credit in terms of
functionality, technology and support. After reviewing the
products on the market, TISL's Eventra voice recording suite
of software was chosen as the best solution. Bentley
commented, "We needed a solution which could provide for our
current recording requirements but also grow with us as our
business expands. Eventra has the ability to scale up quickly
and also offers additional functionality such as quality
monitoring and performance optimisation, should our
requirements change in the future."
The Eventra Solution
Eventra captures all telephone calls in the 1st Credit call
centre. Each call recorded by Eventra is identified by
relevant data such as time and date of a call, agent ID or
telephone number, making the search and retrieval of calls
quick and simple. Authorised staff can play calls back at the
desktop at a time to suit them.
Commenting on the technical aspects of the installation,
Bentley stated, "Eventra works seamlessly in a Windows
environment and is able to handle both inbound calls from a
Meridian switch and outbound IP traffic using an Avaya Soft
Dialler. We chose TISL as the only manufacturer who could
combine traditional and IP recording on one system and we are
very happy with the results."
Looking Ahead
Since introducing the Eventra recording solution, 1st Credit
is now able to prove what was said by both staff and clients.
Eventra supports the growth of 1st Credit, saving valuable
time in resolving complaints, protecting staff against abuse
and false accusations, endorsing industry regulation and
proving to be fundamental in helping 1st Credit negotiators
