Call Center - Answering Service & Telecom Firms

Qualcomm

Qualcomm was formed in 1985 when industry veterans came together to build their dream telecommunications company.  The company became a pioneer in the telecom industry and today many answering services as well as contact centers and call centers all over the nation utilize Qualcomm's infrastructure.  Our own call center does not use their systems, but we do have friends who have and they are impressed with their customer support and help.

QUALCOMM started out providing contract research and development services, with limited product manufacturing, for the wireless telecommunications market. One of the team's first goals was to develop a commercial product.
