Different Terms for Different Answering Services

Business Processing Outsourcing is a term that is used quite often outside of the United States. In fact you can see many British call centers or Indian answering services say they do BPO. American firms on the other hand don't usually advertise as such as the term is not a common one in business circles in the United States.
