Answering Service or Call Center Contracts

Service Contracts are the norm on the net. We here at The Successful Office Group have never had a contract since our inception. Our deals are month to month and the way we sell our services is we simply know they will be staying with us. Why should we make a customer sign the typical 3 month or 6 month contract if we are confident in our services. There is even one major service on the first page of google listings that sues clients that quit before the contract ends.  How pathetic is that? Our opinion is if a call center is proud of their employees and has invested in them, then they would proudly proclaim as we do that we have the very best trained and paid answering service staff in the United States of America

Our advice to you is if your prospective outsourcing or call center firm is asking you for either a large deposit or for a long contract. then RUN and Fast!
