As most companies in the call center sector have experienced a flight to quality, we have been a beneficiary of this natural process.  There are times where a client will try out another virtual office or answering service based on that company's claims.  We love it that they nearly always find their way back to us once their contracts or terms are over with competing call centers.   As we always say, you get what you pay for. If any client out there really thinks that you can be represented by a 49.99 dollar special, then we wish you the very best.  Just remember that we are here and will gladly help your company pick up the pieces or get re-established if you go to or try out another service.  Keep in mind that every missed call is a missed opportunity.
