Answering Service Employment Ups and Downs

No matter how much time goes by I've found it interesting how people follow the same patterns over and over again. If there is an answering service rep who is late during their training, they will almost certainly be late on a consistent basis.

If another employee cuts corners and doesn't provide the proper detail in messages for clients while training, then they will do the same and in fact get worse over time. 

The smartest thing to do then is to not start a relationship with those that are unsuited for great customer service.
